Reuss Private Group builds up competence team for cross-border services

The Reuss Private Group is getting reinforcements in the field of regulatory cross-border financial services. At the turn of the year, Viktor Fischer and Pino Becker, two proven experts, joined the cross-border group of companies. Both were most recently employed by the ACOLIN Group, where they contributed significantly to the successful development and expansion of services for asset managers in the areas of cross-border fund distribution, EU fund registrations and regulatory reporting in recent years.
New additions complement competence spectrum
Viktor Fischer, Attorney at Law, has more than 20 years of experience in the regulatory cross-border area. After holding various management positions at UBS in Switzerland, he joined the ACOLIN Group in 2014 as a member of the Group Executive Board – accredited to the regulatory authorities in Germany (BaFin) and Switzerland (FINMA) – and sole head of the European MiFID business. In this role, Fischer was jointly responsible for the successful implementation of key projects and played a leading role in the strategic expansion and management of the operational business in Europe. In this role, he contributed to the expansion of a distribution platform for funds within Europe, developed specific regulated services such as the assumption of the Global Distributor function, the global passporting of UCITS and EU AIF structures as well as specific liability umbrella solutions for non-EU asset managers.
