Reuss Private Access AG now offers additional services for fund providers and asset managers/asset managers who wish to broaden their international footprint and grow beyond national borders. The offer includes the provision of systems and regulatory required resources for efficient market entry and successful cross-border fund distribution as well as obtaining necessary licenses and registrations.
The aim of this offering is to support clients in regulated distribution services in Europe and Switzerland on a long-term basis and in a strategic partnership. In both consulting and implementation, knowledge of local markets is combined with regulatory know-how to create a holistic approach.
Reuss Private Access AG offers cross-border services
The new service offering is bundled in Reuss Private Access AG. The managing directors of this newly founded subsidiary of Reuss Private Group AG are Viktor Fischer and Pino Becker, who joined Reuss Private Group at the turn of the year (see press release dated January 20, 2022). Both are experienced experts in the field of regulatory cross-border financial services.
“We want to have our clients’ backs so that they can focus on building their distribution network and thus on implementing their growth strategy,” says Viktor Fischer. Pino Becker adds, “Due to growing regulatory requirements in cross-border services, we see a great need for competent support. We would like to establish ourselves as a partner for asset managers who are finding it increasingly difficult to gain access to suitable investors in highly regulated markets as market consolidation continues.”
