If possible, the complaint should be submitted electronically using the form below. Every complaint that reaches us will be treated with the utmost care and urgency. In any case, you will receive a response from Reuss Private Access AG within 20 days of submitting a complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardless of the type of complaint submitted, please provide us with contact information where we may contact you for the purpose of processing your complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every complaint received will be kept in a special register and its timely and appropriate handling will be tracked.
