Who we are

Viktor Fischer, Attorney at Law, has over 25 years of experience in cross-border fund distribution. Following various leadership positions within UBS AG, he joined a leading fund distribution service provider regulated in both Germany and Switzerland in 2014, serving as a member of the executive board and sole managing director responsible for the European MiFID business. In this role, he held group-level responsibility as General Counsel, Chief Compliance/Risk Officer, and Chief Sales Officer. He played a key role in successfully implementing major projects and was responsible for the strategic expansion and management of the company’s European operations.

Pino Thormann, LL.M. bringt langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Risiko und Compliance bei regulierten Finanzdienstleistungsinstituten mit. Zuletzt war er als Leiter der Gruppen-Compliance eines in 19 EU-Standorten beaufsichtigten Fondsvertriebs-Dienstleister und hat dort das Compliance-Management aufgebaut, weiterentwickelt und mit Ressourcen ausgestattet. Als Master of Laws (LL.M.) und Certified Compliance Professional mit internationaler Tätigkeit hat er Risikosysteme für die Überwachung und Bewertung von Distributoren und Plattformen entwickelt, die im grenzüberschreitenden Vertrieb tätig sind. 

Isabella Ravizza, PhD, ist strategische Kommunikatorin und Storytellerin mit ausgeprägter Medien- und Projektkompetenz – von wissenschaftlichen Themenfeldern bis hin zum Wealth-Management-Umfeld. Sie entwickelt und steuert Kommunikations- und Content-Strategien von Eventformaten bis hin zu Social-Media-Auftritten und übersetzt komplexe Inhalte in klare, überzeugende Botschaften. Als vielseitige Sprachkommunikatorin (acht Sprachen) sowie technikaffine Anwenderin (u. a. Adobe, CMS, MS Office) verbindet sie Kreativität mit effizienter Umsetzung. Ihr Doktorat in nonverbaler Kommunikation schärfte ihre analytische Disziplin und ihr Gespür für Wirkung – Stärken, die sie heute breit in Strategie, Positionierung und Vermittlung einsetzt.
