{"id":3191,"date":"2024-02-11T13:41:42","date_gmt":"2024-02-11T12:41:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reussprivate.li\/?page_id=3191"},"modified":"2025-05-28T15:03:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T13:03:08","slug":"umgang-mit-interessenkonflikten","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/reussprivate.li\/en_en\/umgang-mit-interessenkonflikten\/","title":{"rendered":"Handling of Conflicts of Interest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0f946b53c5ea0abb26045953630be212\" style=\"color:#001068\">Reuss Private Access AG (RPAc) is obliged under applicable legal provisions to inform about and disclose conflicts of interest.\nBelow, we provide information on the comprehensive precautions and measures implemented for the handling of conflicts of interest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-aa22b1df63c86e31cec955f9032e36a3\" style=\"color:#001068\">Conflicts of interest may arise, for example, between RPAc, other entities of the Reuss Private Group, our executive management, our employees or other affiliated persons, tied agents contractually bound to us, and our clients \u2013 or between different clients themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possible Sources of Conflicts of Interest:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In asset management, due to the company\u2019s own (revenue-related) interest in the distribution of financial instruments \u2013 in particular, products issued by group entities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through the use of tied agents operating under our  MiFID Tied Agent;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When receiving or granting inducements from or to third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through performance-based remuneration of employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through performance-based remuneration of employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through the acquisition of information that is not publicly known;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From personal relationships of our employees or executive management, or of persons associated with them;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Through the involvement of such persons in boards of directors or other governing bodies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Measures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-396196bc2ecbd233c646f3ec0857a3db\" style=\"color:#001068\">To ensure that unrelated interests do not influence our services or actions, we are committed to high ethical standards.\nWe expect diligence and integrity at all times from ourselves, our employees, and affiliated entities. This includes lawful and professional conduct, adherence to market standards, and\u2014above all\u2014putting the client\u2019s interests first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b3c2bc6797642091cd82b7a81e1f9751\" style=\"color:#001068\">Specifically, we take, among others, the following measures to prevent conflicts of interest:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishment of organisational procedures and processes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Policies on the acceptance and granting of inducements, including corresponding disclosure requirements;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment of confidentiality areas through the implementation of information barriers, separation of responsibilities, and\/or physical separation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintenance of a continuously updated conflicts of interest register;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disclosure of securities transactions by employees to the Legal &amp; Compliance department, where their role may give rise to potential conflicts of interest;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training of our employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ongoing monitoring and reporting of identified conflicts by the Legal &amp; Compliance department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a conflict of interest cannot be neutralised, measures will be taken up to and including the termination or non-establishment of a business relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fb9fc2a0c03d2a51c06385bfcb2f1ea8\" style=\"color:#001068\">As of 01.02.2024\n<br>\n<br>\n\nDisclaimer:\nThis English version is a non-binding translation of the original German text.
