You may submit a complaint at any time by telephone, email, or post.\nWhere possible, we kindly ask that complaints be submitted electronically using the form provided below.\nEvery complaint received will be handled with the utmost care and urgency.\nIn all cases, you will receive a response from Reuss Private Access AG within 20 days of submitting your complaint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regardless of how the complaint is submitted, please provide contact details through which we may reach you for the purpose of processing your complaint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every complaint received is recorded in a dedicated register and its timely and appropriate handling is tracked accordingly. Where appropriate, complaints are also reported to the competent supervisory authority, the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is always our goal to reach an amicable solution in the interest of both parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
