Every complaint received will be handled with the utmost care and urgency. In all cases, you will receive a response from Reuss Private Access AG within 20 days of submitting your complaint.
Regardless of how the complaint is submitted, please provide contact details through which we may reach you for the purpose of processing your complaint.
Every complaint received is recorded in a dedicated register and its timely and appropriate handling is tracked accordingly. Where appropriate, complaints are also reported to the competent supervisory authority, the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA).
