Important information for the first contact
(1) Client classification
We hereby expressly inform you of your categorisation as a professional client in accordance with Annex II of Directive 2014/65 EU as implemented in the respective national legislation (“MiFID II”). The classification can be changed at any time upon your written request in accordance with Annex 1 lit. C VVG.
(2) Type of service
The tied agent, represented by the agent (“tied agent”), is authorised to deal exclusively with the reception and transmission of orders within the meaning of Annex I A (1) MiFID II to professional clients within the meaning of Annex I A (1) MiFID II as implemented in the respective national legal systems. We expressly point out with this information sheet that an appropriateness test in accordance with Article 56 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565 is not made available to you.
(3) Proof of notification of the status of the tied agent
We hereby inform you before the start of the business relationship that the tied agent may only provide its services for the account and under the liability of Reuss Private Access AG in accordance with Art. 23 VVG. Reuss Private Access AG has the necessary authorisation from the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) in accordance with Art. 5 VVG.
(4) Proof of disclosure of the potential for a conflict of interest
In addition, before carrying out a transaction, we draw your attention to the fact that a potential conflict of interest could arise between your client interests in objective advice and the interests of the contractually bound intermediary in maximising product sales.
(5) Information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
Finally, we expressly point out that RPAc has obtained both your name and your business address as well as your business e-mail address from publicly accessible sources and exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR and stores them in accordance with the statutory retention obligations.
